Each to-do is a gentle card. Tap the ring on the left and the task completes with a tiny spring. Important items carry a flag. Due dates are spelled out — today, tomorrow, this week, overdue. Swipe left to delete on mobile, swipe right to complete; right-click on desktop.

Important vs urgent

Every task can carry two flags: important and urgent. Combined, they make the familiar 2×2 — what must be done today, what is important but can wait, what can actually be deferred. One glance tells you.

Perspectives

A perspective is a saved filter — define as many as you like.

• Today focus — due today, not done.
• Important, not urgent — worth scheduling time for.
• Has notes — tasks whose context lives in a note.

Recurring and Pomodoro

• Daily, weekly, monthly — set once, the task rolls itself forward when you complete it.
• Each task can carry a Pomodoro. Tap to start a 25-minute focus session (configurable). Stats page shows your patterns.
