Focus mode and Pomodoro timer

Start a Pomodoro on any to-do. Todrise tracks the session, mutes notifications, and logs your hours.

Pick the to-do you want to work on, hit Start focus, and Todrise runs a Pomodoro session: 25 minutes of work, then a 5-minute break (both configurable). The session is logged against the to-do so you can later see how long things actually took.

Configuration

Work / break / long-break durations — Settings → Focus.
Long-break interval (every 4 cycles by default).
Optional "Do not disturb" auto-on while a session is running.
