Quick capture from anywhere

A global shortcut, share-sheet integration, and widgets get ideas into Todrise before you forget them.

The faster you can capture a thought, the more you trust the system. Todrise optimizes hard for "less than three seconds from idea to inbox".

Ways to capture

Desktop — global keyboard shortcut opens a floating quick-add window. Configure in Settings → Shortcuts.
Mobile — share sheet integration sends text, links, images, and files straight to the inbox.
Widgets — home-screen widget shows today's todos and a one-tap capture button.
Voice — press-and-hold to dictate; speech is transcribed locally if your OS supports it.
