Set up iCloud sync

Two-tap setup on iOS and macOS. Not available on Android, Windows, or Linux.

iCloud sync uses Apple's CloudKit infrastructure and is only available on iOS and macOS. On those platforms it is the lowest-friction option.

Enable

  • Settings → Sync → iCloud → Enable.
  • Sign in with your Apple ID if prompted; Todrise only sees its own container.
  • On the second device, repeat the same steps —Todrise auto-detects the existing store.

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled in System Settings → Apple ID → iCloud.
  • iCloud storage applies — Todrise data counts against your plan.
